Whilst this might be a peaceful haven to retreat to, don't be fooled into thinking Trisara hasn't got plenty of tricks up her sleeve too. With a spa and yoga studio, 45-metre swimming pool, dive centre, gym, tennis courts and Muay Thai boxing ring, there's plenty to keep you busy. Foodies will be enthralled with the delectable choices on offer; beachfront Seafood restaurant specialises in Thai classics, whilst Pru conjures up European-Asian magic. For an extra special touch, book a beachside BBQ or arrange a private dinner at your villa.

It's difficult to stress just how lovely each of the 39 villas is - but oh boy, they will knock your socks off. Each offers the luxury of a private infinity pool, those otherworldly sea views, and an outdoor shower, shaded by leafy trees and lush foliage. The luxurious decor will have you redecorating your house in the same fabulous golden teak, marble and carefully handpicked antiques the minute you get home.

Activities

We highly recommend you spend as many free minutes as possible enjoying the many delicious treatments on offer in the spa - the six-handed ‘Royal Trisara’ massage will surely make short work of any stress and knots you're harbouring. The adventurous can dive, snorkel, try their hand ( and feet!) at Thai boxing, or play a game or two of tennis, and if you're feeling adventurous, try a heli trip to nearby James Bond Island. Yachts are also available to charter, perfect for discovering hidden beaches and secret coves. But if you just want to enjoy your private pool or lounge like a lizard on the beach, we won't blame you.
