What to do in Brazilian Amazon
The Amazon is a true wildlife stronghold where three-toed sloths dangle from the trees, pink river dolphins swim alongside kayaks and there are over 1,500 recorded species of birdlife. There are plenty of ways to explore it too, from guided nature walks (including nighttime explorations) to boating safaris and canopy trails. You can also pay a visit to one of the indigenous communities to learn a little about life in the Amazon.
