Amazing experience from start to finish! Attention to every detail and expert services. Our agent, Tessa, was fantastic and helped us plan every detail to make our trip unforgettable. She even helped us arrange a special dinner for my husband’s birthday!

Timbuktu exceeded our expectations by far. When we decided to go to South Africa for our honeymoon, I was skeptical when I found Timbuktu via an internet search and wasn’t sure it was legitimate. But we took the chance and are so glad we did. Although I planned the trip myself using the trip wizard, the agent did all of the hard work and booked our hotels, inter-Africa flights, and car transfers. And although we had to change agents in the middle of the process, the trip still went off with a hitch. At each destination, there was a representative waiting for us to guide us. We would recommend Timbuktu to anyone and cannot wait to use them again for our next big adventure!

As stated before, Kristin made our experience booking this trip very easy. Even changes to our itinerary mid-trip were taken care of in stride.

The travel agency took care of everything for us down to the last detail like transportation which was so helpful for us. Kristin went above and beyond and was very responsive. We will be booking future trips with them!
