Not only the booking phase has gone smoothly and swift but I have been followed through my whole trip. Due to health reasons I had to change my schedules 10 days before departure and Katie took care of it. While on safari their local agent managed and solved an unexpected problem (a sudden flood of a river that required a change of itinerary). 100% recommended, will use again Timbuktu for my next trips

Accommodation and food really good, with cheerful staff. Knowledgeable guides. Our itinerary was very good though (as I had expected) Walvis Bay was a disappointment necessitating a very long drive to the grey coast). And some directions were inaccurate (so not perfect!) which was not helpful.

Katie was an excellent resource throughout the planning process - very knowledgeable and friendly as well as patient. This will be my first time in Africa, and Katie's professionalism has reassured me that everything will be absolutely perfect; she built me a wonderful itinerary with many rounds of input from my side. I won't be travelling until August 2020, but I feel I'm in great hands!!
