This is my third time using Timbuktu and definitely won’t be my last. Every time, I have such a wonderful and authentic experience with the people, land, and culture. Annie did a great job putting together an enjoyable vacation package. The trip was very enjoyable. I’ll never forget it. Emboo was fantastic. Chale Island was good (with a few odd features). The local agents from Albatros were outstanding!

I wanted to take the stress off of planning a trip for 5 with three older teen/young adults to Vietnam and Timbuktu made it so easy. The planning was straight forward and the actual trip was so smooth. We had a friendly face greeting us at every stop from the airport to hotel to tours and meals. It was the best vacation our family has had. We loved it.

Annie was very helpful in planning our honeymoon. She set us up with great flights and transfers between hotels/lodges and airports. Everyone was very nice and on time. They really made us feel special. The lodges we stayed at were amazing. All with their own charm, the staff were all great and the safaris were amazing. I would recommend anyone to use Timbuktu to plan their trips. They made everything super easy and really reduced our stress with our travel.
