Rincon del Socorro

Embedded in the diverse ecosystem of The Iberá National Park, Rincón del Socorro celebrates the natural landscape. Originally a farmhouse constructed in 1896, the lodge has been lovingly restored by Douglas Tompkins of The North Face. As part of his conservationist efforts, Tompkins worked to reintroduce locally extinct fauna. Now, giant anteaters, pampas deer and peccaries can once again be found in their native territory.
