We enjoyed the professional manner in which they dealt with our requests and bookings . All the Ts were crossed which is great when you are going to the unknown. Yes i would highly recommend Timbuktu and we look forward to our trip.

Generally excellent. We very much enjoyed each of the 5 facilities we visited, even the order they came in. We were shepherded from place to place expertly, with the staff of each facility aware of what was needed too get us to the next connection. We had a absolutely wonderful trip. Thanks. Only issue was with the new Kenya eTA system and our ability to enter Kenya twice.

Jonty was so helpful putting together several itineraries, landing us the most perfect trip from start to finish. This is my second time using Timbuktu and will certainly not be my last! Every little detail was greatly appreciated and made a trip of a lifetime for us!

Service, knowledge and arrangements were all excellent

Everything was seamless! I had a lot of hesitations booking a trip with a travel agency, as I've never done it before. However, Timbuktu answered ALL my questions beforehand which eased my anxiety, and the trip was perfect.

We organised our honeymoon with Charlotte who was very kind and a great listener. She very patiently listened to all our requests and was able to do multiple itirations of our plan to achieve our perfect itinerary. She gave great advice on where to go and in which order for our African safari. The lodges she chose were beautiful and was able to get an awesome safari experience. The Paradise Cove in Mauritius was a beautiful relaxing magical end to our safari. Would definitely recommend Timbuktu to anyone wanting to plan their honeymoon.
