Carola was so helpful and responsive from planning all the way through the trip. We ended up needed quite a bit of help once we were actually on the trip, and she was an excellent resource.

We did have one glitch on our trip, which didn't start because of them, but it was a little tough to get through. We did solve the issue ourselves, and it didn't ruin our trip at all. We did end up losing a night at a nice game lodge though. Jeffi helped us plan our trip and understood well the style of travel we wanted.

Incredible service by our agent. Unfortunately, due to a medical issue we weren't able to go, but she worked tirelessly to get our money back. It would have been an amazing trip and we plan on rebooking as soon as we can.

I will definitely us them again. I was nervous about the trip because it had so many parts that had too line up. With four flights to four different parts of Africa, I was sure something would go wrong but it was perfect. I started with Kristen who was very patient and responsive with all of my questions and changes. Kristen went on maternity leave and I was passed to Catherine who was just as helpful and responsive as the trip got closer and my questions continued.

My husband and I both turned 40 this year and it was our 10 year wedding anniversary. To celebrate we booked a trip through Timbuktu to explore Argentina. We were connected to a very experienced travel expert for South America, who planned everything based on where we wanted to visit. We visited Mendoza, Ushuaia, El Calafate, Buenos Aires, and Iguazu Falls for a total of 10 days. It was a world-wind trip, but we wouldn't have changed anything for everything we got to experience! The local guides were all very knowledgeable and helpful with everything we needed. We cannot wait to plan out next big adventure with Timbuktu!
