Absolutely tremendous. Tailored, personal service that took all of our wants into account.

Great service so far. Look forward to the actual trip.

Very helpful and helped plan a tailored trip.

Jonty and Catherine have been amazing to work with! I was recommended to talk to them from a coworker about our honeymoon and they planned us the perfect honeymoon within our budget. They are smart, friendly, experts of the areas and respond timely! I can’t wait for our trip!!

Excellent experience. They manage everything professionally in a flexible manner with great knowledge and expertise. They make the process easy, fun and affordable! Last year we used them for a trip to Africa and the execution was flawless. Once we hit the ground, we didn’t have a worry even though we had 4 location switches across multiple countries and experiences. It was all white glove! We were so impressed we decided to work with them again on another experience next year and the planning so far has been as good as the last time. We’ve partnered with JoAnna both times and she’s the best! Highly recommend!!

Absolutely loved our experience with Timbuktu. Working with Jess was an amazing process and our honeymoon wouldn’t have been half the trip it was without the support and guidance of Timbuktu. They really made our trip a trip of a lifetime.

This is our second vacation planned by Timbuktu and once again they knocked it out of the park. Carola was so patient with us in designing an itinerary that was complicated and had a lot of car/plane transfers and other details. She delivered every single thing she promised. There was not one time that a transfer fell through or that a driver was late, there were never any hidden fees we had to pay, she got us our internal boarding passes in plenty of time, our guides were super nice and helpful, she and her team answered questions 24/7, and every single place we stayed exceeded our expectations. We definitely plan on using Timbuktu again.

This was our first booking with Timbuktu and we were very pleased with their services. The connections were all handled on time. The guides were exceptional, and the small details, such as box lunches and breaks during long transfers were greatly appreciated. We enjoyed their hotel suggestions and felt that we received first class service all the way. A shout out to Carola who frequently checked in with us to make sure things were going well. It was the trip of a lifetime!!

If there is a better travel company out there, I am yet to find it. The trip arranged by Annie for me went without a single hitch, I was looked after every step of the way and experienced things I shall treasure for life. Annie and Daniel were incredibly responsive to all my queries leading up to my trip, with responses usually coming back within a few minutes. Annie tailormade this trip after listening to my wishes and she could not have come up with a better package. Faultless experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We will definitely use them again! That says it all. Very easy to work with, covered every detail and more. It was our first time to Africa and Kevin took our idea of what we wanted and brought it to life. Every step was seamless; planning, documentation, flights, transfers, accommodations, guides, drivers, etc., we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
