She was endlessly patient when we were considering options, answered a thousand questions and kept us focussed on the end goal. Every thing about our trip and working with Timbuktu was excellent. We had wonderful tour guides who were local, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to spend time with. Our accommodations were amazing and places I would have never found on my own. We loved working with Jenna, she listened to our requests and planned a trip we will never forget. Timbuktu did a wonderful job of helping my wife and I plan our dream Kenya honeymoon. Jonty was very responsive, answering all our questions and giving us insightful considerations during the planning stages. I think we covered 7 different plans before picking our final, and Jonty was just as helpful with each one. We especially enjoyed the interactive online lodge review tool which gave great knowledge of each area of stay. Even after selecting our trip and payment, Timbuktu maintained great communication and guided our trip pre planning tasks each step of the way. From start to finish, working with Timbuktu was a pleasant and easy experience. During our trip, there were a few great surprises from the Timbuktu team and lodge staff to make sure we were celebrated for our honeymoon. I would highly recommend Timbuktu and Jonty if you’re looking for a professional and experienced travel planning team.

I would highly recommend Timbuktu services to anyone traveling to Africa and not knowing where to start! Jenna took care of everything and listened to all of my possible desires to form an amazing itinerary! She was super responsive and always very helpful!

This will be our second trip with Timbuktu. We have never used a travel company before because we always figured we could plan it ourselves. With these huge international trips, Meagan Yash has leveled up the itineraries. She has changed the way we travel. Everything is thought out for us. We didn't have to pay any of the tour guides because it was already covered when we arrived. I 100% recommend.
