We recently booked our 3 week family safari trip through Southern Africa through Timbuktu. We had an excellent experience from start to finish. Booking was easy and the online planning tool let us explore many options before committing. Our contact Kristin answered all our questions promptly both before and during the trip. Every thing about our trip and working with Timbuktu was excellent. We had wonderful tour guides who were local, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to spend time with. Our accommodations were amazing and places I would have never found on my own. We loved working with Jenna, she listened to our requests and planned a trip we will never forget. We can’t wait to plan another one with her services!
