'La Casa de Eugenia' is part of the cultural heritage of the city of San Martín de los Andes. Built in the 1920s, it forged its history in this mountain village over the years, serving in its long life as the headquarters for the National Parks Administration, a family home, and eventually transforming into one of the city's first Residences. Following extensive restoration and expansion, it now feature nine rooms, a Tea Room, two living and reading rooms, a beautiful swimming pool, and a private park with our own fruit trees. We are San Martín’s first Boutique Hotel, based on a B&B concept with the quality of a hotel.

The small ship can accommodate up to 76 guests on air-cruises and 96 guests on sea voyages in seven cabin categories. All cabins feature a wardrobe, individually controlled heating system, a sitting area, and a private bathroom with a shower and heated floors.

With just seven rooms and a husband-and-wife team running the show, this is about as far from a cookie-cutter hotel as you can get. Maia and Sebastián built the place themselves, and it shows in every detail. Sebastián is also the chef, cooking intimate dinners for guests each evening using regional produce from his own greenhouse, while Maia's encyclopaedic knowledge of the area means you'll end up on excursions you'd never have found on your own. Rooms are spacious with big windows framing the Beagle Channel and the Fuegian Andes, and there's a genuine eco-conscience running through everything they do. It's the sort of place where you arrive as a guest and leave feeling like a friend of the family.
