Being our first international trip i was very needy and lots of questions. The timbuktu staff was responsive and helped me feel more at ease at every transaction! I would recommend this agency to anyone and will definitely use for our next trip! They are very knowledgeable about all the places they plan and customize trips very well!

Our itinerary planner Tessa Dancer was very professional and planned a memorable trip for us all with Green Safaris .We were met and transported by Green Safari personnel and all went according to plan. Like clockwork!! We would highly rate Timbuktu, and Green Safari lodges which were well staffed ,organized and catered .

From the trip's inception to its end, Annie and Daniel from Timbuktu were with me every step of the way. Annie and I had many meetings so that I could design the perfect trip for my family. She helped me tailor a trip that catered to all our desires and also addressed all our reservations. The team was always available and very responsive, impressively so. In the weeks leading up to the trip, I received multiple reminder emails about packing gear, paperwork, etc. I had some trouble applying for the visas online given a clunky electronic system, and Annie hopped on a call with me immediately. I loved the "bon voyage" email I received before departure and the "welcome home" email I received on my return. Annie and the team went above and beyond. The service far exceeded expectations.

We had an incredible experience with Tessa & Nathan in designing and executing our perfect anniversary trip to South Africa. Tessa was responsive, collaborative, and had amazing recommendations that ultimately made it our favorite trip we’ve ever taken. The logistics were seamless and planned perfectly so we never had to worry, and were able to optimize our time at each destination. The accommodations were beyond our expectations at every single stop and made the experience for us. Places we would not have found on our own without Tessa’s help! Specifically, Ant’s Nest in Waterberg & Dulini Moya in Sabi Sands were both easily 5 stars, we adored them both. Tintswalo Atlantic was another fantastic accommodation in Cape Town that was one of kind. We could not have loved each place more, and they got better and better with every stop. We cannot wait to book our next trip.
