I will definitely us them again. I was nervous about the trip because it had so many parts that had too line up. With four flights to four different parts of Africa, I was sure something would go wrong but it was perfect. I started with Kristen who was very patient and responsive with all of my questions and changes. Kristen went on maternity leave and I was passed to Catherine who was just as helpful and responsive as the trip got closer and my questions continued.

My husband and I both turned 40 this year and it was our 10 year wedding anniversary. To celebrate we booked a trip through Timbuktu to explore Argentina. We were connected to a very experienced travel expert for South America, who planned everything based on where we wanted to visit. We visited Mendoza, Ushuaia, El Calafate, Buenos Aires, and Iguazu Falls for a total of 10 days. It was a world-wind trip, but we wouldn't have changed anything for everything we got to experience! The local guides were all very knowledgeable and helpful with everything we needed. We cannot wait to plan out next big adventure with Timbuktu!

We had an amazing trip! The itinerary was excellent, the accommodations were great and all the transportation was well arranged and on time. It was a good assortment of activities and we saw places we would not have found on our own. The team at Timbuktu was very professional, responsive and very helpful. The cost of the trip was reasonable and worth every penny. We would definitely book with Timbuktu again and will refer them to our friends.

We took a family group of 14 from 1 year old to 67 years old to Namibia. Highly recommended, support all through the process, excellent choices and follow-up - nothing to fault. Would definitely use them again.

Every aspect of our trip was well planned. The properties were amazing, the transfers on time and well organized.

My fiancé and I worked with Joanna for our South Africa honeymoon and couldn’t have had a better booking experience. We were very impressed from start to finish. The ability to customize the trip so easily, while working out the fine details with the travel agent, was key. We found no other company willing to do that (everyone else just offered cookie-cutter vacations). Our agent (Jenna) was responsive and helpful. The facilities they booked were amazing (and we went with a middle tier!). The ground transportation and transfers were perfect. It really took a lot of the stress out and we were just able to enjoy our vacation. Highly recommend.
