Our travel agent,Kristin, had everything planned perfectly. Our accommodations were exactly what we wanted. All of our transfers were on time, friendly drivers, and very accommodating to our needs. The safari camps were above and beyond our expectations, the staff was so friendly and attentive. The same with our accommodations and experience in Mozambique, we were very impressed. All of our meals were so fresh and delicious.

Kristin Jessup was exceptional from first contact. She listened and we collaborated to get a great itinerary that met our needs. She was proactive and responsive, as well as knowledgeable and attentive to detail.

This trip was (almost) two years in the making. Kristin Jessup was quick to respond to questions that came up over those many months. She also suggested and worked with us to find the perfect safari locations based on our interests and activity levels.

Timbuktu was incredible to work with! Every detail was taken care of and everything went perfectly on our trip. All of the accommodations, guides and other suppliers were fantastic. Catherine did a great job making our honeymoon trip extra special. It really was the trip of a lifetime. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing trip. Annie from Timbuktu was very responsive via email and always answering all of my questions or concerns. She redesigned the trip several times after hearing what I was looking for, the price range and for how long. Then on the trip, it was next level service. Someone was waiting for me in the airport, helped me get through customs expediently and made sure I was completely taken care of. As my trip involved many flights to different parts of Kenya or Zanzibar, a driver always picked me up and brought me where to go. During a long break between flights, a driver even took me to the Karen Blixen museum and giraffe feeding in Nairobi, two things I was not even expecting. I would highly highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to do a trip in Africa and does not want to have to worry about logistics themselves.

They responded fairly fast what with time difference. Yes, so far I would book with them again but can’t say until I have done the trip to see if it all works out. It’s hard to review something you haven’t done yet. The booking part has been good.
