Jeffi is a 5+ star professional. I am so fortunate to be working directly with her as we plan my life long dream trip to Uganda. Jeffi has continued to educate me about various aspects of this trip and I am feeling supported and prepared for this big trip. Timbuktu has an amazingly solid reputation in the travel world, and thus far I am very satisfied with the planning process. Now, I just have to wait a year to actually go. It is worth the wait and I highly recommend Jeffi and her team at Timbuktu.

Timbuktu gives you the ability to fully customize your trip. While this may seem daunting at first, you get to pick the areas, number of days and the lodges. Jonty was awesome at providing feedback on the lodges as he wanted to make sure we were in the right locations. His knowledge and feedback was instrumental in creating the perfect itinerary.
