Katie did a great job organizing our trip. Everything went as planned. It was obvious that our trip was well thought out. The plan for us was great. The lodging was fabulous Also, the chefs, staff, and service was excellent. The places to stay the she chose were excellent. I would definitely use Timbuktu and Katie, if possible, again.

Joanna, the Travel Specialist I worked with, was awesome. She was extremely knowledgeable, kept me informed throughout the entire trip planning process, was quick to return messages and emails, had great recommendations, and provided us with great guidance given our budget and amount of time to travel. We ended up with two incredible planned trips: one to Namibia and one to Uganda. We are so looking forward to our adventures.

We loved our experience booking our safari with Timbuktu. Obviously with the pandemic things got crazy in terms of making our trip happen. Timbuktu worked with us and made sure we would be able to go on our safari! We are very pleased with their company.

I could not recommend Timbuktu more. Jonty patiently worked with us to plan our trip, gave us a myriad of options for hotels and quickly responded to any of our questions and requests. He also helped us choose a safe destination, which is invaluable during this time. We had an issue with one of the hotels we stayed in but Jonty quickly stepped up and resolved it. Overall, wonderful service and wonderful trip!
