Even though we were not able to go through with our trip, we had an extremely wonderful experience with Timbuktu. Katie was thoughtful, kind, and knowledgable about all aspects of the trip we were planning to Namibia, and she even arranged for us to talk to someone who had recently returned from the country, who answered our questions about what it was like on the ground. Katie was also extremely patient with our many questions, and always positive and cheerful. Thank you so much! We will definitely book with Timbuktu in the future.

Katie has been helping us plan a trip to the Serengeti in July. She has been so patient and helpful. Looks like an amazing trip she had planned. We are looking forward to it!

Katie did a great job organizing our trip. Everything went as planned. It was obvious that our trip was well thought out. The plan for us was great. The lodging was fabulous Also, the chefs, staff, and service was excellent. The places to stay the she chose were excellent. I would definitely use Timbuktu and Katie, if possible, again.

Joanna, the Travel Specialist I worked with, was awesome. She was extremely knowledgeable, kept me informed throughout the entire trip planning process, was quick to return messages and emails, had great recommendations, and provided us with great guidance given our budget and amount of time to travel. We ended up with two incredible planned trips: one to Namibia and one to Uganda. We are so looking forward to our adventures.

We loved our experience booking our safari with Timbuktu. Obviously with the pandemic things got crazy in terms of making our trip happen. Timbuktu worked with us and made sure we would be able to go on our safari! We are very pleased with their company.
