Wonderful and Reliable Service

I could not recommend Timbuktu more. Jonty patiently worked with us to plan our trip, gave us a myriad of options for hotels and quickly responded to any of our questions and requests. He also helped us choose a safe destination, which is invaluable during this time. We had an issue with one of the hotels we stayed in but Jonty quickly stepped up and resolved it. Overall, wonderful service and wonderful trip!

Kristin was amazing at helping us get our trip organized. She is great with communicating updates. This was very easy to plan and come up with new ideas we hadn’t thought about. Even just trying to build the trip on our own the website is intuitive and easy to use! Can’t wait for our trip in January!
