Outstanding personalized service from Jonty and Timbuktu at a fraction of the cost of other options we looked into.

Timbuktu were very easy to deal with and organised our trip exactly as we wanted it. Jonty was really helpful and was in frequent contact both in the run up and during our trip. It was all so simple and reassuring.

First, there was always prompt responses!! Second Joanna was great. She was always available and always had answers to my questions. She was even available when I was on my trip in Africa!! I would definitely use Timbuktu again

Kristin Jessup was awesome and went above and beyond. She answered all my questions in a timely way - she even found for me the size of the safe at the hotel I was staying at so I could decide if my laptop would fit!! And everything she said, suggested or advised turned out to very helpful and true.

Kristin was incredibly helpful!! We wouldn't have been able to book our honeymoon without her knowledge on the area and her guidance.

Jonty was fantastic to work with for our adventures in South Africa. We booked our trip for Christmas 2018 in June 2018, which is late for trying to schedule over the holidays. Jonty found us several options and was patient while we made our choices.

Jonty at Timbuktu was absolutely brilliant in helping to arrange our upcoming trip to South Africa. the trip needed to coordinate with a group event taking place near Cape Town, and Jonty really listened to our requests and interests and came up with great options (each time taking account of our reaction and questions). He went to considerable efforts to secure the safari we wanted even though they had originally indicated it was not available. Everything's was clear from the outset and we are hugely excited about the trip.

Jonty helped plan our African trip and was so helpful! He gave suggestions that made sense and worked hard to get our trip to be a perfect trip for us! His folllow up was personalized and thoughtful! I would recommend Timbuktu and Jonty to Anyone planning an African holiday!
