From the first email to placing our deposit, Joanna was unbelievably responsive and wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions with extremely detailed answers in a timely manner. She was incredibly knowledgeable when I asked for further information and was able to arrange the special requests I had. When we originally looked into a honeymoon in Africa we were overwhelmed by all the travel logistics and details. Joanna really helped put our minds at ease and provided a pleasurable experience. We still have a couple of flights and activities left to book and I have absolutely no doubt that she will be as prompt and organized as she's been throughout the whole process.

I changed my mind several times throughout the planning stages and Jonty was also so patient and provided me with lots of different options & advice which allowed me to plan a great trip.

Timbuktu provided an excellent and efficient service, booking us into a variety of lodges in Botswana. Their recommendations were good and added enormously to our enjoyment of the trip. Our inevitable questions were answered quickly and comprehensively. I found their website very useful for general information purposes and also for their "dashboard " dealing with our own trip. This was a high quality - and relatively expensive - trip and I look forward to booking through them again.

The trip was amazing. Organised from start to finish vey well with nothing to worry about. The lodges we stayed in; Pelo Camp, Khwai Tented, Bakwena all in Botswana And Chundu Island in Zimbabwe were all lovely
