Timbuktu did everything well from start to end. The ability to pick and choose the safari of your dreams with expert advice was fantastic. I loved being able to work with the travel specialist to figure out where to go and have tons of information on all the possible lodges. If you get Joanna as your travel specialist then you are in great hands. She quickly replied to any and all questions I had and came up with an amazing backup plan when our original plan was already booked. I think her backup plan was even better than our original plan. I plan on booking all future safaris through Timbuktu and would highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic holiday thanks to Timbuktu. All arrangements were easily made, professionally handled and went off without a hitch.

It was so easy to book with Timbuktu. We just gave them our dates and our budget and they found the best possible safari experience for us. They also booked transfer from and to the airport and it felt so nice to just have to "show up" and everything else was taken care of. We will definitely use Timbuktu again for our future African adventure.

We have not gone on our trip yet, but Kat was really helpful and attentive to our needs and questions. Our trip was amazing, in large part due to the customer service, both from Timbuktu as well as their on-the-ground partners in Namibia. We would definitely use Timbuktu again if we are travelling in one of the countries they operate in.
