Timbuktu was immediately responsive to my request for information. The suggested options based on my desires, that came with activity, travel, and cost detail. I would definitely rely on Timbuktu for future trips that require precise planning.

I was SO impressed with the service I received from Timbuktu, specifically Caitlin. She truly made our trip a once in a lifetime journey through the bush. The initial quote was out of my budget, but Caitlin managed to ask me the right questions to tailor the trip to our needs and our budget. This involved MANY emails back and forth, after which I expected her to lose her patience. Instead, she remained professional, attentive, and caring of our needs. The final itinerary was simply too good to pass up and what started as a simple enquiry out of curiosity led us to once of the best trips in our life. The camp was amazing, the staff working there were thoughtful and perceptive, and our guide was knowledgable and experienced. What more could you want?
