Timbuktu gets my highest rating. I would recommend them to everyone who travels. I applaud Catherine Soares, who looked after me, for her professionalism and dedication. She went above and beyond to make sure that I had an amazing trip.

Timbuktu travels curated for us a trip of a lifetime. They were very responsive and transparent throughout the process and all the facilities and services they booked for us matched (and exceeded) our expectations.

This is my third adventure with Timbuktu. The service is always exceptional. Joanna has been my contact for all three trips and she communicates every step of the way and is a joy to work with. We then were connected with Veronica for our time in Argentina and Brazil, and she was the ultimate communicator during our travels. We had amazing experiences visiting our bucket list spots such as Iguazu Falls and Patagonia. The trip was filled with amazing beauty, great lodging and wonderful food. Everyone was friendly and helpful. And the icing on the cake was walking with the penguins in Ushaia at the end of our trip. Absolutely stellar travel experience.

Jonty and Catherine have been amazing to work with! I was recommended to talk to them from a coworker about our honeymoon and they planned us the perfect honeymoon within our budget. They are smart, friendly, experts of the areas and respond timely! I can’t wait for our trip!!

Excellent experience. They manage everything professionally in a flexible manner with great knowledge and expertise. They make the process easy, fun and affordable! Last year we used them for a trip to Africa and the execution was flawless. Once we hit the ground, we didn’t have a worry even though we had 4 location switches across multiple countries and experiences. It was all white glove! We were so impressed we decided to work with them again on another experience next year and the planning so far has been as good as the last time. We’ve partnered with JoAnna both times and she’s the best! Highly recommend!!
