The service we received was exceptional. Annie and Daniel at Timbuktu Travel arranged for us to be met at each of our destinations, escorted through customs in different countries and taken to our transportation. Transportation was arranged for us when traveling between locations. This made moving around easy and stress-free. There were different areas we wanted to visit and specific experiences we hoped to participate in. All of these were arranged for us, along with transportation to and from. Our travel agents got back to us right away when we had questions about logistics throughout the trip. Truly responsive and excellent service.

Kristin was responsive to every question and request. Documents were sent regularly with explanations and details. Timbuktu offered wonderful prices and experiences.

Annie put together a great itinerary for us. She was responsive to our questions in the planning stage and was proactive in helping us get ready for the trip. All our trip logistics went smoothly, which just goes to show how much thoughtful planning went into it. Thank you Annie and Timbuktu!

From the moment we landed in Zimbabwe to the minute we left Namibia, every aspect of the trip went flawlessly. We were in good hands throughout. No travel hiccups whatsoever.

We had a wonderful planning experience with Jenna! I’ve never used a travel agent/agency to plan a trip (I’m usually the planner), but this trip required expertise beyond what I’m comfortable doing. Jenna revised our itinerary a few times based on what we were looking for and we feel she really nailed it for us. Independently, this was #1 on our bucket list when we first met so this will be extra (extra) special for us. Our experience was 10/10 and we can’t wait to go on our safari for our honeymoon. Oh my goodness. What a great trip! With your help, we had the best trip of our lives. Our Capetown guide, Anita Hermanus was professional, very knowledgeable and just fun. We learned so much about the city and surrounding attractions, as well as South African history and culture. We recommend her very highly. Mont Rochelle was beautiful and luxurious. The food and the wine were delicious. We each had what was probably the best massage we ever had. Our prix fixe dinner at Le Coin Francaise was not only delicious, but quite an experience as we happened to be their only customers that evening! The highlight of the trip was our time at Ulasaba. Our game drive guide and tracker, Brad and Harold, were just outstanding. We never dreamed that we would see so much beautiful wildlife and get so close to them. We saw “the Big 5” and more within the first day or two. What an experience! We will never forget our time with them. The rest of the staff at Ulasaba deserve accolades as well. They took care of all of our needs and made us feel very special. We especially enjoyed the effort they made to bring the guests together for drinks and dinner each evening. The food and wine were excellent. Loved our room, too! The lodge at Matetsi provides luxury and comfort at a level we had never experienced. The room was so beautiful. I really enjoyed the big, round bathtub! The chef at Matetsi is so talented. We enjoyed every meal, and eating on the banks of the Zambezi River was an experience we will never forget. The entire staff of the lodge and game drives made sure that our stay was just outstanding. Thank you again, Jenna. We enjoyed planning our trip with you very much. It was truly the trip of a lifetime. We will recommend you to everyone we know!

Meagan and Millie were always available to answer all our questions, and we had a lot! We would not have done one thing differantly on the trip. We had some hiccups along the way, a lost passport and a hotel with no water. They were quick and helping to solve the problems. They were defiantely an excellent group to work with
