This is our second vacation planned by Timbuktu and once again they knocked it out of the park. Carola was so patient with us in designing an itinerary that was complicated and had a lot of car/plane transfers and other details. She delivered every single thing she promised. There was not one time that a transfer fell through or that a driver was late, there were never any hidden fees we had to pay, she got us our internal boarding passes in plenty of time, our guides were super nice and helpful, she and her team answered questions 24/7, and every single place we stayed exceeded our expectations. We definitely plan on using Timbuktu again.

We will definitely use them again! That says it all. Very easy to work with, covered every detail and more. It was our first time to Africa and Kevin took our idea of what we wanted and brought it to life. Every step was seamless; planning, documentation, flights, transfers, accommodations, guides, drivers, etc., we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We are very happy with Timbuktu and Joanna. Communication is great as was the overall trip. Also, the organization of the dashboard and everything done by Timbuktu was great. I will recommend you guys to everyone, especially those seeking to safari.

Our trip was tailored to meet our needs and we got to experience all of the things that we were hoping to. Every place we stayed and person we interacted with made the trip one to remember for years to come. We felt well taken care of during the entire trip.

From the moment we met Jenna we knew we were in good hands. She caught our vision, created options, worked with our budget, gave us great insight and advice and gave us a trip of a lifetime for me, my wife and son and daughter! The on ground transfers and tours from Jarret were first class. And if you get the privilege to have Saulie as your guide around Cape Town you will be blown away!

We were so happy with the services given to us by Annie at Timbuktu. As it was our first time in Africa, she walked us through different country options to achieve the safari/beach combination trip we were hoping for. She answered all our questions and gave timely updates/reminders while we prepared for our trip. We were so happy we ended up going with Timbuktu to book our honeymoon because of the ease of planning without any stress.

Meg once again arranged a perfect trip for us back to some of our favorite areas but filled with new experiences. I appreciate that she listens to us and puts together itineraries custom designed for us. We are always well taken care of.

Being our first international trip i was very needy and lots of questions. The timbuktu staff was responsive and helped me feel more at ease at every transaction! I would recommend this agency to anyone and will definitely use for our next trip! They are very knowledgeable about all the places they plan and customize trips very well!

Our itinerary planner Tessa Dancer was very professional and planned a memorable trip for us all with Green Safaris .We were met and transported by Green Safari personnel and all went according to plan. Like clockwork!! We would highly rate Timbuktu, and Green Safari lodges which were well staffed ,organized and catered .

Loved my entire experience with Timbuktu. Annie was very attentive and each to reach. She answered all of our questions and made an excellent itinerary!
