They were professional and transparent every step of the way. The site is clear and easy to use and I loved being able to pick and choose from the variety of lodges they have on offer, and the support I was offered by the knowledgeable Timbuktu team was really helpful. Once I made the booking and paid the deposit, the response from Timbuktu was quick and easy, making me feel entirely confident that my trip was going to be a great success, and the trip dashboard is a great added feature.

I emailed them regarding a trip we wanted to make on fairly short notice to Namibia. They put me in touch with Caitlin as she was an expert in that area and she moved heaven and earth to make a trip happen with limited availability and litlle flexibikty.
