Excellent communication from Ms. Jenna Stockman. Every question and concern that we had was addressed to our satisfaction in record time. What impressed us the most was the quality of the communication- clear and direct. This made our travel plans easier and most enjoyable. Jenna understood our needs and suggested lodges based on that. We will be revisiting these places again. We are planning our vacation for next year, and we will definitely go through Timbuktu as they have gone above and beyond in this experience.

Timbuktu put together a wonderful series of hotels and a game lodge, excellent drivers and airport transfers which combined with South African food and friendliness made for a truly memorable family holiday.

We had great service from the time we started planning (with Tessa), throughout the actual trip and even at the end (we had someone from Timbuktu who met us when we were connecting out of Botswana to South Africa, which was a pleasant surprise - they helped us get check in and through security). A top notch operation. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Everything went exactly according to plan. The lodges were great with Becks being outstanding for its food and Sabi Sands outstanding for its wildlife. Have already recommended Jenna to a friend who is considering a similar trip and will not hesitate to use her services again.

They understood what I was looking for spot on! They found the perfect places to stay and the safari was way above expectations! They answered all my questions and concerns no matter how silly they were. Everything was made easy to understand, and went flawlessly.
